Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Kino mobile application ("App"), operated by Krownlabs LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Not share your account with others • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create and post through the App ("User Content"), including video recaps, photos, and comments. By posting User Content, you grant Krownlabs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent and warrant that: • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you post • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights • Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not sell it to third parties.

You agree not to: • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene • Impersonate any person or entity • Post content that infringes any intellectual property or privacy right • Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers • Post content depicting minors in any sexual context • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these rules.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. If you believe content on the App violates these Terms or applicable law, please contact us at info@krownlabs.app.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, code, logos, and features (excluding User Content), are owned by Kino or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KINO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krownlabs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive. You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion option in Settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Kino operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. EEA and UK users retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence and are protected by the mandatory consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
